Clone the repository
Put your Readwise token in a .env file
Run docker compose up — your catalog is at /opds/

Why OPDS?

It's the open standard your reader already speaks. No plugin, no sideloading, nothing to install beyond typing a URL.

Do you see my articles?

No — we keep no copy. Your articles are fetched from Readwise and turned into EPUBs on the fly, then streamed straight to your reader; nothing is stored on the server. The only thing saved is your Readwise token, encrypted at rest and never logged. Self-hosted, it never leaves your machine at all.
